Scheduled and preventative maintenance of Centrifuge - skilled engineer.
On site service is provided for Alfa-laval and other Centrifuges.
Intermediate and Major Services carried out annually depending on hours used.
Any parts showing signs of excessive wear would be replaced or repaired after consultation with the Customer.
We also check bearing fits, shaft straightness, and so on would be checked and noted. Notify customers in our Engineers report when a part is showing signs of wear but still has enough life expectancy to use.
The bowl is inspected for erosion, corrosion, cracks, fit, thread wear, disc pressure and balance integrity.
If your Centrifuge is a self cleaning Unit, then all external devices such as Control Panel, Water Modules, Solenoids etc are checked on an annual basis.
